Clear-Com doubles HelixNet pack capacity and introduces streamlined UI
The new HelixNet four-channel beltpack Clear-Com, the HX II-BP-4K model, expands the available channels by two and renews its user interface to offer new and improved intercom options aimed at top-level productions.
Latest beltpack HelixNet allows users to communicate via four different channels simultaneously, which provides greater flexibility for coordinating multiple teams in complex production setups. Although it is fully compatible with recent updates of Arcadia Central Station, maintains backward compatibility with two channels on stations HMS legacy and previous versions of Arcadia, allowing seamless integration for existing users.
Frank Linton, product director of Clear-Com, explains that this new four-channel version offers production teams “greater control, communication efficiency and versatility”. “This is a sustainable project that not only improves our current portfolio, but also introduces a product that satisfies the real demands of our customers”, underlines about this solution that will be available in 2026.
The current family of products HelixNet offers intuitive network intercom solutions, Building on Clear-Com's heritage of analog systems. Both user stations, like flasks, speaker stations, HelixNet remote stations and central stations, provide familiar workflows, “effortless” management and scalable deployment without crosstalk or interference. Much of this deployment is based on technology. I.V.Core by Clear-Com, which dynamically manages the audio mix in up to 24 canales.
