Mall of the Emirates en Dubai, one of the largest shopping centers in the Middle East, It has a large video wall 54 screen, which is controlled by cards Matrox Mura MPX Series. Before the start of this project, The shopping center had a 4-inch video wall×4 and what was sought was to improve this digital signage system with a larger one that offered better features.. With this objective, Almoe Sistemas AV and its partner Mediasys installed a 9-inch video wall×6 composed of 54 LCD monitors Samsung of 55 inches. Besides, The Mura MPX Series cards were incorporated into a 4U Matrox system whose mission is to capture and display digital signage content on the video wall.. The system consists of Mura MPX-4/2 and Mura MPX-4/0 solutions with which it is possible to monitor the 53 screens that make up the video wall.

Mura MPX cards are remotely controlled by the OpenScreen management software Mura MPX Wall Controller. Video wall content is also managed remotely using Scala's digital signage platform and Samsung MagicInfo software..

Its universal input support allows the capture and display of digital signage content from external sources, like the Blu-ray disc player currently in use. Mura MPX also has HDCP compliance, so the content is copy protected, either a Blu-ray player or from other sources such as digital cable or satellite boxes.
