Immersed Europe Event will turn Spain into the world center of augmented reality

The days 3 y 4 next September, Murcia will host, for the first time in Europe, and in Spain, to the world's leading experts in immersive technology and augmented reality at the event organized by the Immersive Technology Alliance (IT 3d).

Murcia will be the international epicenter of virtual reality and immersive technology, being the place chosen by the international organization Immersive Technology Alliance (IT 3d), dedicated to promoting the development and knowledge of these technologies, to celebrate Immersed Europe Event, which will take place 3 al 4 next September.

Specifically, will be held at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Murcia, which acts as organizer together with the ITA (Immersed Technology Academy), with the sponsorship of the Development Institute, and it will be the first time that this event is held in Europe, since until now it had taken place in Toronto (Canada), which will once again be the destination chosen in the edition of 2016.

Patrick O'Luanaigh, a creative reference in the video game industry, with titles like Tomb Raider, Hitman o Colin McRae Rally; Myles McGovern, specialist in 360º interactive video for sports broadcasts, like the American ice hockey league (NHL) or the famous video of the singer Taylor Swift, ‘Blank spaces’; as well as Emmanuel Márquez, Google Earth creator, They will also give presentations at this event.

Regarding national speakers, the founder of the Murcian company Droiders, Julian Beltran, standard bearer in Spain in the development of augmented reality technologies and applications for Google Glass, as well as the CEO of inMediaStudio, Jose Luis Navarro, They will also show their work at the Immersed Europe Event, together with other Spanish companies.
