NEC Display incorporates Raspberry Pi devices into its smart displays

This technology collaboration will help expand the market opportunity for display solutions manufacturers and demonstrate B2B applications for Raspberry Pi., strengthening its position as a platform with a set of features for retail applications, aviation, transport, education and meeting rooms.

NEC Display Solutions Europe has signed an agreement to integrate the devices of Raspberry Pi on your screens.

Originally developed to promote the teaching of basic computing in schools and developing countries by the Raspberry Pi Foundation in the United Kingdom, This original device offered optimal performance at low cost, features that have been enhanced in the third generation and that adapt to NEC screens.

Being part of the Open Modular Intelligence platform (WATER) by NEC, Raspberry Pi integrates with the new large format displays of the P and V Series.
