Sony begins marketing its A8 OLED 4K HDR range

The new A8 OLED 4K HDR range of Sony, composed of models KD-55A8 (of 55 inches) y KD-65A8 (of 65) and available in establishments for sale, offers precise data analysis of each image and highlights the contrast of the OLED screen with pure blacks, intense brightness and true colors thanks to the power of the company's Picture Processor X1 Ultimate processor.

It also incorporates Pixel Contrast Booster technology, that enhances color and contrast in bright areas to deliver scenes full of nuances in tones and shadows, more depth, etc., to which is added, for the first time on an OLED TV, Sony X-Motion Clarity technology, to ensure that even the fastest action appears smooth and crisp on screen.

Moving images are precisely controlled to minimize blur, so they maintain their fidelity with less loss of brightness during high-speed scenes.

A8 TVs continue Sony's tradition of providing an immersive audiovisual experience through the use of Acoustic Surface Audio, that turns the TV screen into a speaker. An innovative actuator vibrates discreetly to create a sound as if the user is where the action is taking place in the scene.

The A8 range includes Android TV with Google Assistant, Google Play Store and Chromecast built-in for easy access to content, services and devices through its platform. Sony's original UI menus and voice controls have also been improved for faster use.
