Christie provides 4K UHD laser projection to Brazilian parliament
The amphitheater of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goiás (Brazil), known as Ali, has a projector Christie 4K10-HS, with 4K UHD resolution and 10.000 lumens, to display high-quality content during parliamentary activities held there.
As part of the technological project carried out in Ali, with the deployment of audio solutions, video and broadcast in its main spaces (plenary sessions, auditoriums, session and meeting rooms and the television studio), the amphitheater Carlos Vieira, with capacity for 692 seating, now has a laser projector 1 DLP Christie 4K10-HS, installed by Seal Telecom.
How do you explain Bruno Duarte, AV-GOV project designer and manager at Seal Telecom, “the amphitheater required a projector with high resolution and brightness, with lenses capable of illuminating a 200” projection screen at a distance of about 25 metros. “Christie 4K10-HS perfectly met that set of requirements”.
The 4K10-HS projector, with 4K UHD resolution and 10.000 Ansi lumens, incorporates technology Christie BoldColor, offering better color reproduction and more realistic images. This equipment allows the transportation of 4K@60Hz video with a single HDMI cable o Display Port, simplifying installation and cable routing.
Other advantages of this laser projector is that it incorporates the software Christie Twist to perform warping y blending, and supports camera-based alignment Mystique from this manufacturer.
“Its main strengths are the high resolution, high brightness and lenses capable of illuminating various screen sizes and distances, depending on the environment”, Duarte emphasizes.
The Alego amphitheater has already obtained national recognition for the technical quality of the equipment and systems used. Duarte highlights the service provided by Christie: “As a partner of Seal Telecom for many years, It provides us with all the technical support we need”.
