TT+ Audio begins its journey with the GTX line array system
This solution TT+ Audio answers the challenges faced by touring sound professionals and system installers on large stages.
TT+ Audio, the independent premium brand of RCF, has begun its journey with its high-performance system line array GTX. A solution that offers a forward-thinking external amplifier concept and adds innovations in electronics, transducer design, wiring and rigging hardware.
The result is a line array system that answers the challenges faced by touring sound professionals and system installers on large stages., while delivering innovative performance and great sound quality.
New GTX system separates power amplification from speaker cabinet, moving it to the newly designed touring racks, each with a maximum of three XPS 16K DSP amplifiers and 4 channels and including AC power, signal routing and network connections.
A power connector, robust and waterproof, provides optimized cabling from the rack to the system modules. This enhanced energy management philosophy integrates self-powered and externally powered TT+ modules through the RDNet management platform for hassle-free management of hybrid systems..
The new development Precision Transducers the TT + Audio incorporates advanced engine structures, Multi-layer voice coils and oversized magnets for high performance and extreme power handling.
Proprietary waveguides provide precision coverage for wide-range compression drivers.
El subwoofer GTS, designed for extremely fast acceleration, It has two cone transducers 48 cm, each with a safe excursion of the moving mass of the piston 56 mm peak to peak. He XPS 16K amplifier provides 16.000 watts of continuous, low-distortion power with enormous dynamic headroom and incorporates proprietary speaker performance modeling algorithms.
GTX models include the three-way line array module GTX 12, the two way GTX 10 and high-performance subwoofer GTS 29.
Enclosures are constructed of water-resistant birch plywood and coated with a long-lasting finish. Optimized mounting hardware offers touring and installation crews quick and efficient setup when suspended or stacked, with anti-theft latches and a unique captive hinge bar mechanism that slides into position when adjusted in tension or compression mode.
The management platform RDNet the TT+ Audio, now in its version 5.0, incorporates the new design platform, modeling and simulation Shape D3D. Users can define a 3D representation of an enclosure and use multiple virtual microphones or check modeled infrared measurements of the system's simulated response. Next, RDNet imports Shape D3D data to generate the control and provide all configuration details to the system.
“Our new GTX Line Array system is the culmination of 70 years of experience supplying speaker systems to the world's leading sound companies. Our goal is to leverage this experience to address the full range of challenges faced by touring sound professionals and large stage system installers.. Starting from an uncompromising philosophy, We've spent the last two years testing and perfecting the GTX system in indoor and outdoor venues to find the perfect combination of power and sound clarity for all types of events.. We are very proud of the final result”, comment Alessandro Manini, TT+ Audio R&D Director.
