Museum of the Senses

After the success achieved in European capitals such as Ljubljana, Bucharest, Prague and Milan, this friday friday 13 March opens its doors in Madrid on Museum of the Senses, an immersive space with a great audiovisual display dedicated to exploring the five senses, thus adding its fifth permanent headquarters in Europe.

The opening in Madrid has meant a estimated investment of 2,5 million of euros and the company expects an approximate turnover of 2 million euros in its first year of operation. Located in the center of the Spanish capital, The museum responds to an implementation strategy in urban enclaves with high tourist and commercial density, considered key to ensuring sustainable performance in the medium and long term.

The space brings together more than thirty immersive experiences, supported on a extensive audiovisual display, designed by a multidisciplinary team of creatives, engineers and human behavior specialists. Its proposal combines entertainment and dissemination in a high rotation format, especially attractive for families, educational centers and international visitors, which contributes to diversifying income sources and reducing seasonality.

European expansion

Eduardo Garcia, General Manager of the Museum of the Senses of Madrid, highlights that the new proposal “brings together the strategic factors that we look for in our implementations: urban density, international tourist attraction and a dynamic cultural ecosystem. Our forecast is to close the first year with a solid performance, commensurate with market capacity and location potential”.

The opening in the capital is part of a plan progressive growth in Europe and other international markets with high urban and tourism potential. The company contemplates new implementations in Asia, United States and Latin America in the coming years, replicating a scalable model based on prime locations in large capitals.

With this new headquarters, the Museum of the Senses consolidates its role as a reference in the field of immersive experiences, a market in full expansion driven by the growing demand for participatory cultural proposals, contemporary and innovative.
