Stratacache has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares and divisions of Scala all over the world, including Scala Inc., Scala BV, Scala KK y Scala Nordic AS.
This strategic move will spur further growth for Scala globally and provide Stratacache with access to resources and technology platforms., in addition to preparing the ground for future investments in the Scala brand.
