ClearOne adds new features to its meeting room solutions

The latest improvements ClearOne has included in its BMA microphones 360, Converge Pro DSP mixers 2 and Console AI software, Deliver new standards of performance and simplicity in meeting and conference rooms.

ClearOne has announced the availability of new new features in its microphones BMA 360, the family of digital signal processing mixers (DSP) Converge Pro 2 (CP2) and intuitive configuration software AI consoles.

New features include customizable beam aiming for the BMA ceiling microphone 360, native camera tracking in the CP2 DSP mixer and chairman gating ducking. These new features are accessible and configurable through the latest version of the Console AI configuration software.

According to Derek Graham, CEO of ClearOne, New features enable integrators to deliver more responsive solutions to fit each customer's specific needs, while providing the flexibility and ease of use that modern business and educational environments often demand.

The new dimming function, which consists of reducing the gain of an input depending on other simultaneous inputs, ensures that the hosts' speech is always heard over other microphone sources or other audio sources.

Camera tracking can originate within the CP2 DSP mixer for Visca compatible cameras, allowing the DSP to use serial or IP communication to automatically activate panning PTZ presets, camera tilt and zoom based on gating or beam information without the need for a third-party control system.

Beam pointing for BMAs 360 offers complete customization through a new view option and control interface that allows full beam adjustment and articulation.

BMA 360 is the ceiling plate with beamforming microphone array, offering great audio performance and ease of deployment. It is an ultra-wideband, frequency-invariant beamforming microphone array with uniform gain response across all frequency bands..

Converge Pro Systems 2, supporting up to three ClearOne BMA microphones 360 and up to five independent voice over VoIP lines per DSP unit, can be customized to provide crystal-clear audio pickup and video capture in spaces of any size or layout, even for multi-room setups and divisible rooms.

Offer C-Link DSP mixer interconnect technology to expand input/output ports and configuration; P-Link peripheral technology that supplies audio, Data and power to endpoints over a single cable; and advanced acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) and noise cancellation for each connected microphone.

Console AI is configuration and control software optimized for the family of digital signal processing mixers. (DSP) Converge Pro 2 offering integrators advanced options and assistance during system installation and configuration.

Software helps integrators create groups of audio channels without sacrificing individual control of each channel, Provides a seamless design interface for larger systems containing two or more Converge Pro DSPs 2 and offers different layout modes for single or multi-room layouts.

ClearOne solutions are designed to support all collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, GoToMeeting, Zoom y Webex.
